🌟 Splendour: Iēsous (888)

Before the 16th century, the letter "J" did not exist. In the original Greek, the name was written as Iēsous. It wasn't until Gian Giorgio Trissino's work in 1524 that "J" was distinguished, eventually transforming the name into "Jesus."
